At MÉLION, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging and delivering our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
## Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.
However, we will gladly assist if you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaking product
- An incorrect product
- A product that arrives in an unusable condition
## Return Window
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
## How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To initiate a request, please contact us at:

Please include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping package
- Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
## Approved Refunds & Replacements
If your request is approved, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A full refund
The resolution provided will depend on the nature of the issue.
## Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 5–7 business days for refund processing
- Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
You will receive confirmation by email once the refund has been initiated.
## Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Partially consumed products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Orders refused at delivery
- Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged or defective)
## Partial COD Advance Payments
For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any advance payment collected at checkout is non-refundable once the order has been processed and dispatched.
## Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
MÉLION is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.
## Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
