## Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
## Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Tier 2–3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

## Shipping Charges

### Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)
- A small advance payment is required at checkout.
- The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.
- Additional COD handling charges may apply.
## Partial COD Policy
To reduce failed deliveries and ensure a better shopping experience, MÉLION offers Partial Cash on Delivery.
For eligible orders:
- Customers pay a small advance amount during checkout.
- The remaining amount is paid to the delivery partner upon receiving the order.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the order has been processed and dispatched.
- Partial COD availability depends on delivery location and serviceability.
### Example
For an order of ₹799:
- Pay ₹99 in advance at checkout
- Pay ₹700 at the time of delivery
MÉLION reserves the right to disable Partial COD for specific locations, products, or customers with repeated failed deliveries or return-to-origin (RTO) history.
## Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via:
- SMS
- Email
- WhatsApp (where available)
You can track your shipment in real time using the provided tracking link.
## Delivery Restrictions
We currently ship only within India.
We do not deliver to:
- International addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- Areas where courier service is unavailable
## Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

## Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Products

To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

- Clear photos of the package and product
- Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
